RE: raid 1 controller for core1

Hi Tonny,

See:
http://linuxmafia.com/faq/Hardware/sata.html

This lists a lot of SATA cards and which kernel versions they work with, and to what extent.

I believe FC1 ships with a 2.4.22 modified kernel, if this helps any.

Thanks,
Rafiq

Subject: raid 1 controller for core1

Hi there

Im looking for a well known and well fedora core 1 support raid controller.

It needs to be a sata 2 channel controller. Do you have any suggestions.
Upgrading to fedora core 2 is not possible at current time, so it need to be
supported by core 1.

I have tried using the supermicro onboard intel ich5r controller without any
luck.
