I had also I am jumping into this chain late. So hopefully this is on topic. I had a heck of a time with my 3com card after install. I found that kudzu was part of the problem. I turned off kudzu, restarted, and my card came online. I then upated with yum and was back in business. Just a thought. ~Aaron
