You TV is build into the machine running Fedora? *g*
To be serious, if you carefully read the readme at the NVidia.com site,
you'll find enough options to set if connecting a TV to the graphics
card. I guess you are misunderstanding the need for "drivers" on Linux.
Configure the frequencies and the resolution properly and the graphic
can put out to any device.
