Is it a good utility to use, etc? Do you have a laptop with a mobile cpu that supports intel-speedstep/amd-pownernow? If so, you'll notice cpuspeed will control the frequency scaling as supported by the above in hardware. (primarily for ehancing battery life) Guess I don't need this one. I'm not using a laptop.
