I know what rules are currently in action - "iptables -L" tells me. My question was - what iptables would I have if I chose one of the other options? As far as I can see, there are not actually alternative iptables - choice of one of the other options presumably just affects which applications are allowed to work? -- Timothy Murphy e-mail (<80k only): tim /at/ birdsnest.maths.tcd.ie tel: +353-86-2336090, +353-1-2842366 s-mail: School of Mathematics, Trinity College, Dublin 2, Ireland
