Please,
Do some research, use google, typing man <command> at the command line
will bring up the manual for the specified command e.g man rpm, have a
look at www.tldp.org, plenty of guides and how-to to get you started.
Intallation of RPM
rpm -ivh <package name>
rpm -e <package name> will uninstall it for you.
