If really needed to convert - I better do not ask why you have .bin/.cue
when not knowing how to handle it ;) - you can too use bin2iso with a
Fedora RPM from fedora.us:

http://download.fedora.us/fedora/fedora/2/i386/RPMS.stable/bin2iso-1.9-0.fdr.1.b.2.i386.rpm

Or just use cdrdao shipping with FC which can handle .bin/.cue images
directly without need for a conversion.
