I think that 8606 is the card madel number from MSI. However, from a google
search
(I don't have this card), it seems that your card uses the Conexant CX23881
chipset for video capture,
TDA 5767 for audio and MT2050 as tuner. So, you have to load the proper
modules for all these chips :-)

(from http://pvrhw.goldfish.org/bttv/bttv-gallery.html:
chips: cx23881-27, tea5767 (40pol ==> tea5767HN), 74hct4052d,
em78p156elm,atmel24c02n, lm833, xtal 13.0, xtal 28.6, xtal 4.0
tuner: ??? probably MT2050
pcb: MicroStar 8606; 8606 Ver:1.2, N1996, D33008
connectors: CATV, FM, remote, audio out(green), Audio in(blue), AV-In
(yellow), S-In (4pol DIN)
onboard connector: internal audio out
country: D
rem:Master = with FM radio
from manual: "Global video standards support, including NTSC-M(J,
PAL-B/G/D/K/H/I
remote control: 8mm flat! Battery CR2025

You can try the following (as root):

modprobe tda5767
(I don't know if such a module exists though :-)
modprobe cx88xx
modprobe cx8800

or something similar.
