Limited by the known issues between Apache2 and PHP, but that does not prevent any base functionality (heavy web server usage through PHP is critical as far as I know). Well, there is nearly no week passing by, seeing no new security warning regarding PHP-Nuke et. al. on securityfocus / bugtraq. Maybe watch out for an alternate at http://www.opensourcecms.com/.
