Bonjour,

It seems that something is missing from package lm_sensors for FC and 2.4
kernel, here is what I can read in /var/log/messages:

Sep 29 01:45:25 falstaff kernel: i2c-core.o: i2c core module
Sep 29 01:45:25 falstaff kernel: i2c-isa.o version 2.6.5 (20020915)
Sep 29 01:45:25 falstaff kernel: i2c-core.o: adapter ISA main adapter registered
as adapter 0.
Sep 29 01:45:25 falstaff kernel: i2c-isa.o: ISA bus access for i2c modules
initialized.
Sep 29 01:45:25 falstaff lm_sensors: Can't access procfs/sysfs file
Sep 29 01:45:25 falstaff lm_sensors: Unable to find i2c bus information;
Sep 29 01:45:25 falstaff lm_sensors: For 2.6 kernels, make sure you have mounted
sysfs and done
Sep 29 01:45:25 falstaff lm_sensors: 'modprobe i2c_sensor'!
Sep 29 01:45:25 falstaff lm_sensors: For older kernels, make sure you have done
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
'modprobe i2c-proc'!
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Sep 29 01:45:25 falstaff lm_sensors:
Sep 29 01:45:25 falstaff rc: Starting lm_sensors: failed

and "lsmod | grep i2c"

i2c-proc 8560 0 [eeprom]
i2c-isa 1900 0 (unused)
i2c-core 19620 0 [eeprom i2c-proc i2c-isa]

So the claimed module "i2c-proc" is loaded, but may be not at the right time?

lm_sensors is version: 2.8.1-1

Thank you.
