/etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources

Note that the syntax of this file is different from /etc/yum.conf

You might also be interested in replacing up2date and its nice applet
with gyum and yum-applet - see http://fedoranews.org/tchung/gyum/ and
http://fedoranews.org/tchung/yum-applet/ respectively.

As for which is best, that's a matter of personal preference. Why not
try both and see which you like best?
