Sorry, what do you want to tell me? From the current features list on
http://vsftpd.beasts.org/#features I suspect you have in mind

"Encryption support through SSL integration"

which is certainly a new feature. Correct? Do I further have to suspect
that Roger's question did not mean "SSH" but SSL encrypted and you
guessed that? ;)
