router problem figured out

I took the Belkin router over to a computer repair shop that's also a
local internet service provider. Their test revealed the cable company
gmpexpress.net isn't sending enough signal through the line to wake the
router up. I am not the first person in this part of the country to have
this kind of problem with them either.
