If the message appears, switch to a different console using
"Ctrl+Alt+F2" for instance. I do not have in mind which console prints
out more useful information. Once in console view mode you can switch
between consoles using "Ctrl+Fx" key combinations, where "Fx" is one of
the function keys from F1 to F4.

From what I did read in the past the chipset is critical with RAM. HAve
you mixed RAM sorts? If yes try again with fewer RAM of one kind.
