This list provides several options, among them there's the one you need. Go to the subscription page (http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list). At the very bottom give your mail and press the "unsub. or edit opts." button.
In the next page you'll be asked for your password, give it and press "log in".
Scroll the next page until you reach the options section (it's a table on grey background).
The very first option is "mail delivery". That's what you're looking for.
