respected sir, i have a Intel 865GL HT motherboard and P4 2.4 GHz based PC with windows 98 and windows XP installed on it.i have installed fedora 10.0 in it recently. when i satrt or open volume control i get a message "The i810_audio driver could not loaded. This sound card may not be compatible with Red Hat Linux". it has shows the following information at insatllation time about sound card: vendor:-Intel Corp. Model:-82801EB AC'97 Audio Controller.
