ImageMagick needs libjasper-1.701.so.1, this is not available.

Hello, I'm trying install the latest ImageMagick using yum. When I do 
'yum install ImageMagick', I get :

.....Unable to satisfy dependencies
Package ImageMagick needs libjasper-1.701.so.1, this is not available.

does anyone know where or how I can get this package? is there a yum 
repository that has it?
