Can anyone recommend a good free Java debugger for Fedora Core 1? I was using the BlueJ IDE to debug my programs, but it freaks out when it encounters a thread other than the main thread. Can anyone help me?

It is much more than a debugger, but you should definitely give eclipse a shot. Take a look at http://www.eclipse.org. It's a very nice, open source IDE that supports many languages. Java is the nearest and dearest to it's heart since it's developed in Java.
