Three questions:
 * Is this a new server, or does it already have Linux running on it?
Fedora? (If it has Fedora 1, a yum upgrade may be possible).

 * Does this server support serial terminals? Is there any chance that
you could get a serial connection attached? (I understand that this
is quite possible in rack-mount situations, in which case you may be
able to run the whole upgrade in text mode yourself).

 * Is there any chance to get someone to insert a floppy? A CD?

James.
