Adding driver for Kyocera FS-1020D printer

Amazingly, there is a linux .ppd file on the software CD for this
printer. I've tried following the readme, which asks you to copy
the .ppd file to the â/usr/share/cups/model/KyoceraMitaâ folder and
restarting cups. This doesn't work, as I still can't see it in the
"print manager" when I go to add a print queue. At moment I'm using the
FS-1010 driver, which works, but how do I install the new one?
