    Yes, just use kdm, not gdm. Edit /etc/sysconfig/desktop and put this:
DISPLAYMANAGER="KDE"
    You can also replace
DESKTOP="GNOME"
    with
DESKTOP="KDE"
    to make kde the default desktop manager, but this has been discussed
before I think...
