Did you even try just browsing through the main menu? I'm running GNOME,
but I have in my menu:
Main Menu -> Internet -> More Internet Applications -> KNewsTicker
(The fact that its name is KNewsTicker is a pretty good indication that
it is a KDE application.)
Please do at least some investigation yourself before posting to the
list.
