The fundamental problem is that the standards are NOT universal, but whatever the jury of the day says. The system was deliberately created with subjective and arbitrary standards because those drafting the law had no success pushing through previous attempts with more concrete and objective definitions. Yet another case of paving with good intentions.


Because of this, corporations have to assume the most aggressive, hostile, irrational jury will try their case, and will err on the side of extreme caution, outlawing anything that might remotely offend anyone.

The result is a drab, grey, lifeless, joyless society.
