What exactly do you mean? Getting the logwatch mail at all or specific
content within it?

chkconfig --list clamav
--> see at which runlevels the service is active; maybe it starts in
runlevel 3 and stops in 5?

This is "normal". It comes from the default Sendmail setup on Fedora and
is not serious error. You can ignore it or correct it in the
/etc/mail/sendmail.mc file.
