Grab the ISOs from fedora.redhar.com

No its not a kernel that ddcoes that and its possiblrr with vmware 
www.vmware.com

Installation is pretty straight forward but yes there are plenty of docs.  I
prefer to follow the documentation from fedora.redhat.com
