Your better off fixing grub. Jeem It not only possible but it works great and gives a choice of operating systems at boot time. I use it on my triple boot system. To boot linux from the Windows NT/2000/XP loader requires that you make a copy of the boot sector of the linux install at install time, copy it to a floppy and then copy it to the root directory in the XP partition. Then an entry must be added to boot.ini If someone want the article on how this is done I can email it to them. I didn't write it but it does work. If there are many requests I will make it available from our web site. We use this method all the time and it works fine.
