I am running Evolution 1.4, are you talking about viewing the file "inline"? There is a pulldown menu next to the attachment itself, which gives the ability to Save, Open in Gnome PDF Viewer, Open in xpdf, but the Inline one is greyed out. I can only view text, and pictures "Inline". But I have no problem viewing them with xpdf..... --Rob
