Automatically include updates in iso image

Hi,

I'm trying to create updated version of FC2 install tree and iso images
automatically each night with build in updates.

I'm following this tutorial :
http://www.techonthenet.com/linux/fc2_update.htm.

When it comes to include the updates in the os tree, It seems that i have to
replace manually each rpm after checking which rpm for a same package is the
newest. When i just copy the updates genhdlist says that there are some
duplicate packages.

I was wondering if there is a script available in anaconda or somewhere else
to automatically find the last update in the update tree and replace it in
the new os tree.

Or maybe if somebody has a more detailed tutorial ?

Thanx in advance for your help
