Correction to my earlier post. pgadmin3 is the GUI that can be used with postgresql. pgaccess was available under Red Hat 8 and 9 as well. It appeared to me that pgaccess was no longer being developed or worked on. pgadmin3 is actively being worked on. Sorry for the confusion on my part. -- Scot L.
