For a while my mass storage device camera would not be recognized; then matters improved but transfers would stall and abort; lately long transfers would stall and miss the last chunk of the file. I just checked with the current 2.6.7-1.492 and still there is a large pause at the end of bringing over an MPG from the camera, I can't tell if it is truncated or not. IIRC The FC2 original kernel had nasty USB behaviour too. - -Andy - -- Automatic actions for USB cameras, cardreaders, memory sticks, MP3 players http://warmcat.com/usbautocam -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.4 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFA/l/PjKeDCxMJCTIRAtrkAKCH1ikCOL6CgKEW651LS2vYYb27IQCeMseG O2MpnsqqPIPM2cHV1eDYRE4= =vI/K -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
