You can do this several different ways. You can edit the file /etc/sysconfig/iptables and add rules to that file. When you do issue a service iptables restart to read the file again. Another way if you prefer a GUI is to run system-config-securitylevel. At the bottom of the window you can add what ever ports you need in the form of 110:tcp, 137:udp, 138:udp, 139:tcp, 445:tcp etc. (note there are commas between the ports. The GUI will write out the /etc/sysconfig/iptables file for you and I believe restarts iptables with the new rules.
