Hi folks:

Part of the problem could be with the  itself.  You don't specify which Belkin 
unit you're using.  I've tried several over the years and had trouble with 
most until I got their SOHO 4port KVM.  It has circuitry internally to 
maintain the sync for each port.  Been using this one for over a year with 3 
ports in use and no problems with sync.

Make sure that your unit is able to maintain sync betwen ports.
