Disable MPS1.4 in the motherboard BIOS. If that doesn't help boot with
"noapic" added as kernel parameter.

Thanks for your help but both BIOS tip and kernel parameter don't work.
I've searched all over the web to find a solution but nothing works.
Maybe a newer kernel can make it ?
I'll try this solution.
