My problem turned out to be that I thought I had
installed "lilibselinuxedevel.11.4-1.i386.rpm", but,
found out I had not installed it.

fafam.6.10-9.FCFCi386.rpm
lilibselinuxedevel.11.4-1.i386.rpm
fafamedevel.6.10-9.FCFCi386.rpm

Does the following seem reasonable?

As for the use of rpm:

I am using "-ivivhfor:
                     kernel-[0-9]*.rpm
                     kernel-pcpcmcias-[0-9]*.rpm

I am using "-UvUvhfor:
                     kernel-source-[0-9]*.rpm
                     kernel-docs-[0-9]*.rpm
                     kernel-ututils0-9]*.rpm

I am using "-FvFvhfor non kernel files.

TIA
