I believe FC3 is shipping/shipped with 2.6.7. As far as I know, there isn't a RPM built for FC2.
The latest threads have been referring to the src distro from kernel.org
FWIW FC2 kernel-2.6.6-1.435.2.3 is 2.6.7rc3 (kernel.org) + patches.
