As I said, the queuerunner runs every hour and tries to empty the queue.
If the mails are longer in the queue there is a problem. It then won't
help to run "sendmail -q" when the pppd (re)connects. Even the command
is obsolete and fits only on older Sendmail version prior to 8.12.

What should that change? The aim can't be to prolong the queueing time,
but to find the trouble maker.
