I think SquirrelMail (at least by default) uses its own address book
files, stored in the ./data directory in the SquirrelMail tree. I don't
know of any easy way to import this data into Evolution.

You can also configure support for LDAP under SquirrelMail (the same is
true for Evolution), so if the SquirrelMail installation in question is
using LDAP you may be in luck.
