Darren~ I downloaded the packages you suggested. I tried using yum to search for packages (I haven't used yum before) and got an error saying that I should contact the system administrator to update the headers. I checked /var for the yum files, and the directory is empty - separate problem... I ran the rpm -i on the firmware rpm and got the following error: Error: can't create transaction lock. Not sure what this means. Do I need to be logged in as root to run these? Thanks for the reply. I appreciate your feedback.
