Could someone explain to me how to update drivers on Linux? I'm particularily interested in updating the driver on my Thinkpad R31 802.11b card (built-in). With the existing driver (orinoco.pci), I cannot activate the card when use a GUI to activate. When I tried to iwconfig it, I got an error message saying that the "Device/resource is busy"...
