Try nvidia-graphics-switch, > this sets the library paths etc. to the right values. No there shouldn't be any remnants, I only installed the card about 5 hours ago. Nvidia-settings runs okay and gives the right details so I don't know what it is. Probably a module problem somewhere. -- Dave
