I think he had some sort of failure on one of his machines 2 days ago and thus there may be a few problems. The best is to report this on the freshrpms mailing list (it is shared with Dag) and Dag will be able to confirm.

does header.info generated from yum-arch when new versions (o packages) are available ? or not ?
IF file doesnt exist, why it is in header.info !? ^.-
