Just copying autoconf.h alone seems to be not a proper solution. I tried
copying. Now my installtion of myrinet gm driver complains:

checking driver to use... /usr/src/linux-2.6.5-1.358/Makefile:434:
.config: No such file or directory

Probably, there is a correct way of obtaining autoconf.h that will give
.config.

Thanks.
