Hello list; I am in the midle of doing an "apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade" This is downloading a bunch of files. My question is; "where does it store the files?" I want to burn these to CD, but can't find them. I tried as root 'find / -name "name of file"' but got nothing.gnome-applets 1:2.6.2-1.1.fc2.nr Here is an example of a filename: "gstreamer-cdplayer 0.8.2-1.1.fc2.nr" (note the space) I also tried "gstreamer-cdplayer-0.8.2-1.1.fc2.nr" "find" found neither.
