Viewing webcam on Yahoo with GAIM on Yahoo IM

Does anyone know why I don't get an option to view my friend's webcam
on Yahoo?

This happens both with GAIM and Yahoo IM for RH9.

Would it be anything to do with me running a web server on port 80, or
maybe do i need to open a port through the firewall?
