Add these lines to /etc/yum.conf:

[freshrpms]
name=Fedora Linux $releasever - $basearch - freshrpms
baseurl=http://ayo.freshrpms.net/fedora/linux/$releasever/$basearch/freshrpms

Now run this:

yum install xmms xmms-mp3 xmms-skins xmms-devel

Or simpler:

yum install xmms*
