Here's a virus scanner I like to use on occasion, when i'm stuck and
don't want to download anything.  It's a virus scanner that scans your
computer from a web page.  I've had good results using this, and it
can clean.  Definitions always seem up to date.
I think you must use it from windows, but i'm not sure.
