Where is the manual/HOWTO for this one? Online ones that
I have found is woefully old. I cannot even find the cyradm
anywhere in FC2. Is that obsoleted too?

There was a section from an older HOWTO that says that I
had to add M4 code to the sendmail.mc file whick does not
work (LOCAL_0?) was not even defined.

Any pointers?

A full, advanced featured and very mighty - even hitting courier -
IMAP/POP3 server comes with FC2: Cyrus-IMAPd.
