I remember being able to modify the keys and shortcuts in KDE with all the past redhat releases now the keyboard layout stuff seems useless.
When I try loading a shortcut scheme from the control panel it claims I don't have a "windows key" so it defaults to "custom scheme". Also, when I use the desktop properties and select Meta key as a modifier all sorts of problems arise with mouse behavior.
What I would like to do is define the Win key as Meta and use it as a mouse modifier instead of Alt for the various window functions; move, resize. etc..
I want to stop KDE from using the "windows key" to launch the main menu!
Does anyone know a solution? Can anyone figure out what I am saying?
