Ok, created /dev/pilot with 'ln -s /dev/ttyUSB0 /dev/pilot' have also used 'chmod 666' /dev/pilot, /dev/ttyYSB0. and /dev/ttyUSB1. Set Treo to connect via USB only not USB/Serial. Still seems as soon as I get this device lied about number of ports (2) the convertor disconnects. Have gotten a couple of errors about gpilot? I give it a little time and it does not return.
