	The easiest way is to right click on the file and select run with other
app.  In the requester which appears, look for where it tells you "File
Types And Programs", select go there this should give you a window with
the file type you are trying to open and some other info.  Select the
action (application) you prefer and hit OK.

	With MP4 you may need to do this several times for the many types of
MP4s you'll encounter as, I believe, that MP4 is used within AVI, RAM,
MOV etc.
